I’m Pamela, the founder of Solace HR Consulting. I started Solace after seeing how many small businesses were trying to do the right thing but were overwhelmed by the complexity of HR.
My work is built on a simple belief: when owners have clarity, structure, and a trusted guide, they can focus on the work they do best.

With a bachelor’s degree and my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, I bring a strong foundation in compliance, practical judgment, and real‑world experience. My role is to help you stay compliant, organized, and confident - without the cost of a full‑time HR department.
